Paint Protection Film is applied over automotive paint surfaces to reduce the effects of stone chips, light scratches, stains, corrosive contaminants, and UV exposure during daily use. The current product range is mainly based on TPU substrates combined with surface coatings, functional layers, adhesive systems, and release liners to create a replaceable protective layer over the original paint.
Different PPF products are configured around gloss level, color, thickness, surface texture, stain resistance, self-healing behavior, and mechanical protection. The range includes High-Gloss TPU Paint Protection Film, Black TPU Paint Protection Film, Self-Healing TPU Paint Protection Film, and Protective TPU Paint Protection Film.
Core Features
TPU substrates provide flexibility and elastic recovery for installation on hoods, bumpers, fenders, doors, mirrors, and other curved body panels. Selected products use thickened or extra-thick TPU structures to increase resistance to impact, puncture, and routine mechanical contact.
Depending on the product type, the film may incorporate high-gloss coatings, nano hydrophobic layers, matte resin finishes, stain-resistant coatings, or elastic self-healing structures. Selected colored products use integrated TPU color-layer technology to combine surface appearance with paint protection.
Surface Protection and Maintenance
Functional top coatings help reduce the adhesion of dust, water, oil, and environmental contaminants. Hydrophobic and stain-resistant surfaces can simplify routine cleaning, while elastic self-healing TPU structures can reduce the visibility of light surface marks under suitable conditions.
Applications
Suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, electric vehicles, commercial vehicles, and other automotive paint-protection applications. The film can be installed over the full vehicle or on high-contact areas such as hoods, front bumpers, fenders, door edges, and side mirrors.
