Reinforced Safety Window Film is developed primarily for glass reinforcement and occupant protection while also providing heat rejection, UV blocking, and visibility control. The series uses 2 mil or 4 mil thickened substrates combined with nano-ceramic or ceramic sputtering technologies to provide additional structural support to automotive glass.
Core Features
The 2 mil and 4 mil structures help improve the integrity of laminated window film systems and retain broken glass fragments after impact or breakage. Selected products use a 4 mil special high-strength substrate combined with ceramic sputtering layers to provide both glass reinforcement and infrared heat management.
Functional Performance
The series integrates 99% UV blocking, infrared heat control, optical clarity, and glare reduction. Optical-grade substrates and nano-scale coatings help maintain a clear field of view. Metal-free constructions are available to reduce interference with GPS navigation and other in-vehicle electronic signals.
Applications
Suitable for electric vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and other applications requiring additional glass protection. The films can be installed on windshields, side windows, and rear glass where both safety reinforcement and solar heat control are required.
