UV-Blocking Heat-Insulating Window Film is designed to manage ultraviolet radiation, infrared heat, glare, and visible light in automotive glazing applications. The range includes titanium nitride films for side and rear windows and multi-layer dual-silver sputtered films for windshields. The films provide 99% UV blocking while using different functional materials to control infrared heat and maintain driving visibility.
Core Technologies
Selected side and rear films use nano-inorganic titanium nitride technology to provide long-term infrared heat rejection. Their low-reflectivity structure reduces daytime glare and nighttime mirror effects. Windshield products use a 13-layer dual-silver precious-metal sputtering structure designed to reflect infrared radiation in the 950 nm and 1400 nm wavelength ranges.
UV and Spectral Management
The series provides 99% UV blocking to reduce long-term exposure of skin, eyes, and vehicle interiors to ultraviolet radiation. Selected windshield films also filter high-energy short-wave blue light in the 440–460 nm range. Spectral control helps reduce visual stimulation under strong light while maintaining road visibility in low-light and rainy conditions.
Optical and Weathering Performance
Titanium nitride side and rear films use a low-reflectivity design and black-grey tint to provide additional cabin privacy. Their material structure is designed for weather resistance and color stability. Windshield films focus on optical-grade light transmission and low haze to support visibility during daytime, nighttime, and rainy driving conditions.
Applications
Suitable for automotive windshields, side windows, and rear glass in regions with strong UV exposure or high temperatures. The films can also be used where interior fading protection, solar heat control, optical clarity, and spectral management are required.
